I used to play a lot of poker...

Oh yeah, here's another tournament that I won...

I wrote & produced the 31st Annual World Series of Poker (in 2000 when Chris Ferguson beat T.J. Cloutier) for The Discovery Channel (when ESPN gave up on poker on TV). I pioneered the now common but then revolutionary way of presenting poker on TV. I included not only graphics of what cards the players held but also the running statistics illustrating who was in the lead (e.g. 66% vs. 34%). "Positively Fifth Street", James McManus' best-selling book about that WSOP, mentions me a half dozen times (he refers to me as the Director though I didn't take that on-screen credit).
I subsequently wrote for Card Player magazine.

I was also the Senior Producer of E! Hollywood Hold'em on E! channel.
From January 2007 to March 2008 I worked for BodogTV on myriad assignments including:
- Executive Producer of the re-cuts & wrote/directed new VO for "Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker" (from Fox Sports to ION Network).
- Executive Producer of "Calvin's Sharks & Fools" which was a reality series (a poker version of "The Apprentice") we developed (and did contestant casting).
- Executive Producer & Writer of "Bodog's Poker Tips" videos to be released later this year.
Here are a few VERY ROUGH test videos:
